Cristina Soto has experience advising high-net-worth individuals and multinational companies on estate planning, family business matters, and cross-border transactions in Latin America. Before joining Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas, she worked at Dentons Colombia in the Private Clients and Corporate/M&A practice groups. She began her career at the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), assisting with local and international adoptions.
Cristina holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a member of the Global Human Rights Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and completed a postgraduate degree in Family Law at Universidad del Rosario.
