Hannah Fergusson is a Matrimonial and Family Law Associate from Scotland. She is qualified to practice in both New York and Scotland.
Before joining RFB + Fisher Potter Hodas, Hannah practiced at Scotland’s top law firm in a prestigious, Chambers and Partners Band 1-ranked matrimonial and family law team. She has regularly appeared in Scottish court and has particular expertise in complex matrimonial litigation. Hannah is excellently placed to advise clients with cross-border financial interests and has experience and specialized training in advising survivors of domestic abuse. She also has experience with trusts and estates and insurance defense litigation.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh School of Law. She also spent a year studying law at the University of Hong Kong.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys travelling to new places in the U.S., running, and visiting New York’s many museums.
