Zachary Potter is the co-managing partner of RFB + Fisher Potter Hodas.  His services as a litigator are typically sought out for his ability to turn around significant cases that are on the wrong path, and that face long odds going forward. Mr. Potter is motivated by the challenge of such matters, and is highly selective in the cases that he accepts. Even though Mr. Potter only accepts a few cases at a time, Mr. Potter's litigation portfolio typically involves cases with billions of dollars in dispute.

When Mr. Potter gets involved in a matter, his clients receive clear direction and strong, strategic advice. The client relationships, following the litigation, typically last indefinitely, with Mr. Potter becoming a trusted counselor for all important, legal decisions.  His record of achieving victories at both the trial and appellate levels, in many of the most high-profile cases that have been filed in Florida, speaks for itself.

Prior to focusing on family law, Mr. Potter was a partner at a large commercial law firm.  He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Princeton University, and a former federal law clerk from the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
