Jennifer Branca has devoted her entire career to the practice of matrimonial and family law, focusing her practice on complex divorce, custody, and high-net worth family law matters.
She has been consistently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and by Super Lawyers for her work in family law.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. She is an active member of the New York Women’s Bar Association; New York State Bar Association; Catholic Lawyers Guild; and Columbian Lawyers Association (First Judicial Department).
She began her legal career as a Court Attorney for the Hon. Laura E. Drager (Ret.) in a dedicated matrimonial part in Supreme Court, New York County from 2017-2019, before transitioning to private practice in 2020. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College.
Jennifer splits her time between Long Island and Manhattan with her husband and son.
